FRIENDS IN PUBLIC is a group of international artists. As a dialogue between theatre, music, media and everyday life we analyse, describe and work with social reality from the perspective of local communities.

For this purpose interdisciplinary ensembles within the collective are formed to work collaboratively on concept direction and realisation of each project. Based on research and narrative interviews we dig into social political topics to create multimedia works with live theatre, video and sound. We aim for a critical dialogue between local communities, artists and politics.
